Everyone Can Help To Make Sure That We Meet The Global Goals. Use These Eight Targets To Ensure
Clean Water And Sanitation For All.
Goal 6.1 Safe and affordable drinking water
Before 2030, everyone in the world will have fair access to safe and affordable drinking water.
Goal 6.2 End open defecation and provide sanitation facilities
Before 2030, ensure that everyone has access to appropriate and equal sanitation facilities and eliminate open defecation, paying special attention to the needs of women, girls and disadvantaged groups.
Goal 6.3 Improve water quality, wastewater treatment and safe reuse
By 2030, improve water quality by reducing pollution, eliminating dumping, reducing the release of hazardous chemicals and materials, halving the proportion of untreated wastewater, and increasing global water recovery
and safe reuse rates.
Goal 6.4 Improve water efficiency and ensure fresh water supply
Before 2030 AD, significantly increase the water efficiency of various industries, ensure sustainable fresh water supply and recycling, so as to solve the problem of water shortage and significantly reduce the number of people suffering from water shortage.
